Bids for the Waste Baler Replacement project for the City of Alliance will be received by SCS Engineers located at 14755 Grover St. Omaha, NE until 1:00 P.M., Mountain Time on January 24, 2025. Bids should be provided via email addressed to Zach Mahon
(zmahon@scsengineers.com). Bids received after such time will be disqualified from further consideration.
The project consists of procurement and installation of a new baler and all other related work at the City of Alliance MSW landfill (1441 E. Kansas Street, Alliance, NE 69301). Bidders can submit multiple bids for used, refurbished, and new equipment. Bidders interested in visiting the site or reviewing the contract documents may do so after making arrangements with Zach Mahon (zmahon@scsengineers.com; 402-938-0321.

Copies of the Contract Documents are available upon request to Zach Mahon. Electronic versions will be provided free of charge and hard copy sets can be provided with payment (check only) of $25.00 for each hard copy set. Payment for Contract Documents is non-refundable. The City of Alliance reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; award parts of bids on an item by item basis; request a rebid; and to waiver minor irregularities in bids; as will best serve the interests of the City of Alliance. Bids shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days from the date of bid closing.
Bid security in the form of a bid bond of 5% of the bid is required.
