Sharron R Robbins, age 71, of Bayard, Nebraska, died on January 3, 2021 at Granite Rehab and Wellness in Cheyenne, Wyoming. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 1pm at Corner Stone Church with Pastor Larry Russell officiating. Inurnment will take place at Bayard City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Panhandle Humane Society or Skipper’s Cupboard and online condolences may be left at www.dugankramer.com.
Sharon was born December 9, 1949, in Alliance, Nebraska, to Robert and Rose (Tschudin) Robbins. She received her early education at Red Willow Country School before graduating from Bridgeport High School, where she enjoyed being in the Pep Club. After spending some time in Denver, Colorado, training to become a flight attendant, she moved on to Phoenix, Arizona, where she attended Dorothy’s Dog Grooming School. Arizona was her home for 19 years, and she loved her time working at Wickenburg Dude Ranch. Upon returning to Nebraska, she was a vet tech in Alliance, and then worked for the Scottsbluff Walmart for many years.
Sharon loved animals, especially her many cats, and her horse, Beauty, who she rode often. She and her friend, Cindy Minick, would ride their horses to Dunlop’s Store in Bayard to get sodas.
Survivors include sister, Kathy Robbins; nephew, Zac (Mandy) Douglas and their son, Calvin; cousins, Dwayne (Gracie Rose) of Alliance, Gary Trenkle of Alliance, Arlen Tschudin of Albion, John Haas of California, Ramona Mathesis of Texas, Tiffany Leal of Westminster, Colorado, Stephanie Trenkle of Denver, Colorado, Heather Danekas of Lincoln, Nebraska, and numerous other cousins in and around Alliance; adopted grandchildren Natasha, Shane, and Travis Ingraham; and adopted great-grandchildren, Brayen, Belen, and Gracie. She is also survived by good friends, Russ and Sharon Orosz.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Paul, and numerous aunts and uncles.
