SourceLink Nebraska, in partnership with UNO’s Nebraska Business Development Center, is bringing its Business Connect program to Alliance with three days dedicated to resource coaching aimed at helping local entrepreneurs and business owners. The “Business Connect” open office hours will offer face-to-face, one-on-one resource coaching to anyone looking to launch, grow, or scale a business right here in Box Butte County.
The SourceLink Program Director, Scott, will be available Tuesday, August 26, through Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MST daily. The office hours will be held at the Box Butte Development Corporation office, located at 502 Box Butte Ave. in Alliance. In addition to the one-on-one sessions, entrepreneurs and community stakeholders are invited to a special meeting with Scott for a more in-depth look at the resources available both regionally and statewide. This one-hour session, which will also provide an overview of SourceLink in general, will take place on Tuesday, August 26, at 9:15 a.m. at the BBDC office.
Attendees can expect to receive one-on-one resource coaching tailored to their specific needs, customized resource plans to help start or expand their business, direct access to Nebraska’s network of business support partners, and information about local, regional, and statewide training events and programs. The event is free and open to the public, with no registration required. Participants can simply drop in during the open office hours to receive support.
