On July 28 at around 2 a.m., officers were dispatched to Kitty Court in response to a complaint of a disturbance. Officers were also notified of an assault victim at RWMC. The 39-year-old male suffered severe head injuries. During the course of the investigation, Bernard Little Spotted Horse, 44 of Terrytown, was arrested on 1 charge of 1st Degree Assault, 2 charges of 2nd Degree Assault, and 1 charge of Use of a Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony. He was housed at Scotts Bluff County Detention Center.
