On Sunday, June 2, at 11:35 a.m. the Scottsbluff Police Dept responded to a traffic crash with injuries at the intersection of Ave I and West 20th Street.
Investigation showed that a red 2018 Range Rover driven by Gerald Kilthau, age 73 of Gering, was south bound on Ave I. There was a silver Chevrolet pickup east bound on West 20th Street driven by Robin Hubbard, age 70 of Morrill.
The two vehicles crashed in the intersection of Ave I and West 20th Street. A passenger in the Land Rover, Jean Kilthau age 72 of Gering, was transported by ambulance to Regional West Medical Center. Gerald Kilthau was giving a citation for a traffic light violation.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene due to damages. Assisting at the scene was the Scottsbluff Fire Department and Regional West Ambulance.
