Terry Starke, left, of Alliance, and his son Michael Starke, of Hay Springs received Quilts of Valor on Nov. 28. SSG Michael Lee Starke is serving his 17th year in the Army National Guard. Terry Lee Starke served 20 years in the Army National Guard retiring in June 2000.
