Summer Vacation

Happy Wednesday, this is our final full week of school and then summer vacation! So, that means that this summer will be filled with cattle shows near and far.

We will be beginning weigh-ins for Sheep, Goats, and Swine in May giving the kids an opportunity to see where their animals start as.

But in June we start showing in our Panhandle every weekend we go to a different county. These shows are important because we are able to get our animals out and get them the experience before we arrive at the county fair. With the shows we also have 4-H camps that are for our youth that educate them throughout different careers and activities.

If you are interested in 4-H the deadline for enrollment in June 15, if you are interested or have any questions about the camps or the upcoming show you can contact me at 308-763-9128.
