On Aug. 25 City of Alliance Public Transit Driver David Heckman competed with many other drivers across Nebraska in the NATP State Roadeo in Kearney, where he won first place in the Small Bus Division. First and second place winners along with their managers get to compete and attend the National Roadeo in May 2022 in Kentucky. Dave has been with the Alliance Public Transit System for 1.5 years and has been a huge asset to the transportation system.
