I am old enough to remember when television started to get popular. Classmates would ask each other if they had a tv yet.
I kind of envied the ones who had it, we was kind of the last bunch to get one. All you could get was black and white back then and that always had some snow in the picture, but we enjoyed many shows even though there were only two channels to pick from in my area. Today’s screens are so vivid and clear it can make you feel like you are right in there with them. Beautiful pictures to see. Yet I believe our spiritual sight has faded and many suffer from a snowy picture. Our youth can suffer greatly when they really don’t know what life is about yet.
They suffer greatly where there is no one to help guide them. They suffer greatly living in their own sinful natures that seem so natural and have might have no desire to learn a spiritual nature. Many of our adults are walking around maybe doing the best they know how or maybe not without knowing the spiritual nature.
We will never see the clear picture of life without Jesus. God does not want to see you live without hope, love, and faith. He gladly gives you those things you need so one’s eyes can be open, all because He loves you and I, weary sojourners.
