Facility maintenance:

• Outlet upgrades at Sr. Center.

Transit:

HR:

• Focusing on Paylocity data and system configuration which will allow us to do paperless timecards and personnel transactions.

• Preparing End-of-year reports for 1095 distribution.

• Administering testing for applicants.

• Completing pre-employment conditions for pending positions.

• Assisting employees and department heads with requests.

Finance:

• Sales Tax received in December for October was $209,463.21.

• Also, the annual audit will be conducted on Wednesday and Thursday of next week.

• Finance Director, Randy Waggener retires after 11 years of service on January 6th. We welcome Cindy Baker to fill his shoes.
