The Box Butte County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bids for Armor Coat application until 3:40 p.m. on the 27th day of February 2025, at the Clerk’s Office in the Box Butte County Court House, Alliance, Nebraska at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. Action will be taken at the Board of Commissioners meeting on March 5th, 2025.
Bid Security in the form of a business, certified or cashier’s check or performance bond of 5% of the bid is required and should be made payable to Box Butte County.
No bid will be considered unless submitted by bidder on the proposal form, furnished by the Box Butte County Highway Superintendent at the office in Alliance, Nebraska. Specifications and instructions attached shall govern this letting.
The Box Butte County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids, to extend the contract, and to waive any informality and technicality.
