The Box Butte County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the crushing of aggregate until 11:30 a.m., the 2nd day of May 2025, at the Clerk’s Office in the Box Butte County Court House, Alliance, Nebraska.
Bid Security in the form of a business, certified or cashier’s check or performance bond of 5% of the bid is required and shall be made payable to Box Butte County.
No bid will be considered unless submitted by bidder on the proposal form furnished by the Box Butte County Highway Superintendent at her office at Alliance, Nebraska. Specifications and instructions attached shall govern this letting. The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality and technicality.
