Clarece (Charlie or Barney, one of her many nicknames) was a loving wife, amazing mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and a great friend to many. She was loved by family and friends for her gentle, carefree personality, and amazing sense of humor. If you were not careful you might get caught up in one of her shenanigans (there were many!). She was nurturing homemaker, an amazing baker/cook. I think we would all agree that we will forever dream about her fried chicken, roast beef, chicken and noodles, chocolate chip cookies, peanut brittle, and angel food cake to list a few. She will be greatly missed. We will celebrate her life rather than mourn our loss. We will be forever blessed to have her as a part of our lives. “To know her is to love her.”
