She married Steve Crawford in Hot Springs, SD in December of 1971 and from this union they were blessed with five daughters.
Later in life she met James A. Dryden and they were married for 24 years before his passing in 2014.
Pat enjoyed spending her time with family and loved crocheting, playing board games, crafting, puzzles, and visiting over a cup of coffee. She was an avid Husker’s fan and enjoyed cheering on the Big Red. Pat was a sassy spitfire with a heart of gold and a soul full of vibrant color. She had a love for life, nature, her flower beds, and most importantly God. Her love for helping others was evident whether she was serving at the local cafe or managing motels in the community.
In August of 2019, she met Jim Dryden of Alliance, NE who renewed her passion for life. Together they explored nature on the Harley, went on weekly dinner dates, and shared a love for Christ. Monday Night Football and root beer floats were the “game” in their house. They were best friends; he protected and truly loved her.
Patricia is survived by her fiance, Jim of Alliance, NE, her two brothers David and Don Faustman, and her four daughters Susan Crawford, Rapid City, Joanna (David) Clyde, Hot Springs, Amy Janis, Rapid City, and Sarah Crawford, Rapid City. She was proceeded in death by her parents, sister Janet, brother Bob, daughter Stephanie, and husband James. She will be remembered as a loving, caring, forgiving, tenacious mother to many and friend to all.
