The City of Alliance experienced a power outage Thursday morning at approximately 12:46 a.m. where two breakers at the 10th street substation were open.
These breakers operating caused the power to the Emerson and the Broadwater substations to be shut off. Crews arrived on scene, and after riding the lines and close examination of the substations the breakers were closed, restoring power to all meters by roughly 2:10 a.m.
