UNK Confers Degrees
Graduate and undergraduate degrees were conferred for 196 summer graduates at University of Nebraska at Kearney commencement exercises 10 a.m. Friday (Aug. 8) at UNK’s Health and Sports Center.
Logan Daniel Dietrich, of Alliance, received an MS in Biology.
Mykayla Lynn Torres, of Bayard, received an MA in English.
Sierra Ostdiek, of Gering, received an MSE in Speech Language Pathology.
Molly C. Weglin, of Mitchell, received an MAE in Supervisor of Special Ed.
Andrew Robert Hultquist, of Morrill, received an MAE in Curriculum and Instruction.
Xu Earns University of Nebraska-Lincoln Degree
Xingcheng Xu of Alliance was among 548 graduates who received degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln during a combined graduate and undergraduate commencement ceremony Aug. 16 at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
Xu earned a Master of Professional Accountancy from the Office of Graduate Studies.
Chancellor Rodney D. Bennett presided over the commencement ceremony.
