Notice is hereby given that the Alliance City Council will conduct a Public Hearings during their Regular City Council Meeting, May 20, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., at the Alliance Learning Center Meeting Rooms, 1750 Sweetwater Ave. The City Council will consider:
A rezone application from Zachary Jelinek requesting the rezone of Tracts of Land in the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 25 North, Range 48 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Box Butte County, Nebraska.
A rezone application from the City of Alliance requesting the rezone of the West Half of Block 28 OT Alliance.
