Class B district 6 track meet was held Tuesday in Alliance. Ten schools participated. In the team race on the girl’s side, it was Chadron bringing home the trophy with 92 points with Gothenburg the runner up with 74 tallies. The Lady Bulldogs from Alliance put 34 points on the board which was good for seventh overall. AHS had two athletes who qualified for next weeks state meet in Omaha. In the 200, senior Danielle Cole placed third with a time of 26.8 and will run at state. Junior Brooke Bailey took second in the 400 with a time of 1:01 and qualified for Omaha.
