Coward, Gasseling Promoted at Farmers State Bank

Farmers State Bank/Nebraska Bank is proud to announce that Chris Gray has been appointed to serve as the President of the Bank effective 2/15/2022. Chris has been with the bank since 2012 and during that time has helped the bank grow from $45 million in assets to $360 million in assets and expand to 8 locations. An experienced lender and respected business leader who previously served the bank as an Executive Vice-President and Dodge Market-President. Mr. Gray succeeds outgoing President, Stephen Stull, who will remain with the bank and continue to serve as CEO and Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Gray is the Bank’s second president since Farmers State Bancshares, Inc., the holding company that owns Farmers State Bank/Nebraska Bank, acquired Farmers State Bank, Dodge, Nebraska in November of 2011.
