Lady Cats End Season with a 2nd Place Performance at Morrill

Morrill hosted an end of the year junior high track meet on Wednesday with 13 schools participating. With 77 points, the Hemingford girl’s club ended as the runner up. Mitchell was first with 92 tallies with Gordon-Rushville taking third with 61. The Cats finished with 2 first place efforts with Kamryn Haas winning the 100 hurdles and Emerson Horstman getting the gold in the pole vault. Haas’s time in winning the hurdles was a personal best of 17.3. The Cats went 1-2-3 in the pole vault.
