On September 18, 2023 a search warrant was obtained and executed at the Capri Motel. During the search officers located stolen property, over 800 suspected fentanyl pills, 11.3 grams of suspected methamphetamine, $3,300.00, and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia. Oscar Aguero 31 and Stefine Ramos Juarez 34 both of Ft. Morgan, Colorado were arrested and charged with; Possession with intent to distribute (methamphetamine), possession with intent to distribute (fentanyl), possession of marijuana less than one ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no drug tax stamp. Both were transported to the Scotts Bluff County Detention Center. The Scottsbluff Police Department was assisted by the Gering Police Department and WING drug taskforce.
